1 packet Shakeology® Greenberry mix
1 cup Chobani Plain 0% Greek Yogurt®
1/2 cup frozen organic strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cold water
8 ice cubes
I like my shakes cold and not too thick. If you like your shakes thicker then don’t add the water and take away an ice cube or two. The ingredients above filled a 20 oz glass and then some. My husband had the “and then some” and he liked it. Liked it so much he wanted more and I said “hands off it’s mine!”. I absolutely loved this shake! It tasted so good AND it’s healthy for you! This tasty treat replaced my evening meal and I’m stuffed!

I got this recipe for Honey Chobani & Blueberry Muffins off of the Chobani channel on YouTube. I was actually doing some research for my marketing paper on Chobani and I got sidetracked with this video! These are SUPER healthy and delicious! The spices alone caught my attention but you can’t pass up all the protein from the Chobani yogurt and the vitamins/nutrients from the blueberries!
(Nutrition info: Calories 154, Fat 4g, Saturated Fat 1g, Protein 5g, Carbohydrate 26g, Fiber 3g, Sodium 315mg)
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup Chobani honey yogurt (non-fat)
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp canola oil
Oh yeah don’t forget 1 cup of frozen blueberries (coat them in flour).
This was very simple to make. You whisk all the dry ingredients together. Then fold in the wet ingredients. I have to admit that I didn’t follow the recipe exactly as above. I didn’t have any whole wheat flour in the house so I had to use all-purpose flour. I also didn’t have Chobani honey yogurt (but I did have a container of 0% Plain). I just added a drizzle of honey to the batter. I also added maybe 2 tbsp skim milk as the dough was too dry.
Then I folded in the blueberries. Put the batter in the muffin trays and baked on 350 degrees. I’d say it took my muffins 18-20 minutes to cook. Just make sure you keep checking on them!
These awesome muffins are cooking as I’m writing this blog post! I can smell the blueberries, honey, nutmeg and cinnamon – can’t wait for them to finish!
Ding! They’re done! OMG they are AWESOME! These are the moistest muffins I’ve ever had – must be the yogurt. Well done Chobani….well done! (P.S. I totally burned my fingers trying to unwrap one of these babies for its photo op! Putting your finger in the middle of a piping hot blueberry is something I wouldn’t recommend!)
Here is the video from Chobani. (Poor Kyle – those ladies didn’t let him bake very much!)
