1 packet Greenberry Shakeology®
1 cup Silk® Almond Milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
4 ice cubes
I made this shake right after my YogaX workout and then I put it in a plastic thermos and stuck it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
While the shake itself didn’t look too appetizing (green with speckles of blue) it tasted delicious. The one thing I’m going to caution folks about when they use blueberries in their shakes is to have dental floss handy. All those itty bitty specks of blueberry skin get stuck in between your teeth!
